On top of that, if you review any of the court cases in the released files, you will notice entire files are missing (i.e. the documents skip from 011.pdf to 013.pdf).

3. I expected this. But I don't think they will ultimately get away with it.

The law requires that they explain EVERY SINGLE REDACTION and publish it in the Federal Register. I'm confident that a Federal Judge will hold the administration in Contempt and find that they did not comply with the law. I don't know what the next steps will be after that and it may take some time, but I blieve much if not all of the illegally redacted info will eventuallt see the light of day.

days after the bill was signed into law and in that video she explained, line by line, what the law contained and why the DOJ couldn't do this or that. The vid lasted a good hour and it was well worth the listen.

Contained in that post is a video by attorney Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin giving a line-by-line synopsis of what the Epstein bill (now law because f45 signed it) contains. I urge you to view it in order to (1) understand that what most people (even on DU) are posting about is absolutely false and not allowed under the Act, (2) what happens to those who violate the Act, (3) that the attorneys who wrote the Act inserted "punishment clauses" in the Act for any non-compliance, and (4) that the USSC will have no jurisdiction in any dispute. Disputes will generally be settled by Congress -- that unanimously approved the law, hence the Rs will have no standing to file suit.

6. According to the Epstein law Bondi has 15 days from today (12/19) to submit to Congress a list

containing every redaction, the reasons for each redaction, and the names redacted. If there is no compliance Congress can issue a subpoena for contempt of Congress to any person who participated in the redaction.

Further, as the DOJ is in violation of the law as of midnight tonight, there's other action that can be taken that doesn't have to wait for the expiration of the 15 days.
