He just announced we are going to run Venezuela for the short term, until.....(I'm not even sure what).

And he is bragging that if "we" have to we have a second wave.

He is a little kid playing a game with peoples' lives. He loves the power and the control over others. He loves describing conquest. Everything is a game to him. Everything is a reality tv show to him.
