It's just the way he (and some other salesmen and businessmen) might talk while bragging.

And that's why no one in the media made a fuss about it.

- it's clear they know his "I'm the king" comment was his bragging about Boeing sales. They didn't miss the remark. They just understood exactly what he meant.
