DHS was created to FIGHT terrorists, not to BE terrorists. It needs to be defunded by congress in 2027, and we should select candidates who run on that platform.

This is one thing I hate so much about Republicans. They have absolutely no sense whatsoever of priorities. They are perfectly happy to manufacture – – as you say, fear – – to achieve their selfish aims.

It was created after 9/11 to tighten up National Security. That is NOT what is happening, now.
