What's been happening recently is they show up, a bunch of goons jump out of their SUVs, grab someone, wrestle them into a car, and then leave. The only thing we can do is blow the whistles and try to gather a crowd to document and (maybe) block them from leaving for a bit. Its better than nothing, but it still feels pretty helpless.
