An important question about the shooting of Renee Good

According to Noem, ICE had completed one apprehension in the area and were on their way back to headquarters to get ready for the next.

Good was in no way blocking the ICE vehicle to her right. That was the shooter's vehicle and he could have just left.

We know from the videos that a vehicle zipped around her at one point showing that she wasn't completely blocking the street.

The last ICE vehicle that pulled up could have gone around too, but instead they decided to mess with her.

Why didn't these assholes just leave if they were done in that area?
