Odds of Trump being impeached and removed

If he goes ahead and invade Greenland is unfortunately near zero.

I have become convinced there is absolutely nothing he can do that would prompt the gop to vote him out.

No matter what he does. And I mean literally no matter what he does. No hyperbole. Not exaggerated for effect. There is nothing he could do which would generate that result.

If there is one thing that could convince republicans to remove him it would be an impulsive invasion of a NATO country that would result in the deaths of thousands of US troops, crashing of the dollar (the EU, Canada and Japan would sell off their trillions in treasury bonds) and collapse of the US economy as American companies (everything from Apple to Tesla to McDonald’s) are banned from doing business in the EU.

CEO’s would be storming the White House with torches and pitchforks, and donors wouldn’t give a red cent to any republican who didn’t vote for removal. Congress members would see their own stock portfolios evaporate into nothingness.

Invading Greenland is not comparable to the attack on Venezuela- the ramifications are far reaching and much more severe.
