If Trump somehow overtook Greenland and it stands, I say we Dems admit Venezuela to the union in 2029.

Along with Puerto Rico and DC. That way Trump's folly will backfire bigly. A bunch of more brown people will be American citizens. They'll all have electoral votes, congress reps and senators. Venezuela would be bigger than Texas. Democratic domination would be for another generation.

If Trump invades Greenland, the dollar will crash and the economy will collapse due to the EU’s economic retaliation.

Despite Trump’s claim to be acting president of Venezuela, the US does not control that nation of 28 million people. They might control the airports, but that’s about it.

We have a real election to deal with, this year, and silly fantasies such as this are nothing but a distraction.

My assertion is, if he chooses to invade, it won’t be successful, and it won’t be without severe economic consequences for the US.

Greenland is not Venezuela, politically or economically.

Because of that, I think the odds of an invasion of Greenland are greatly reduced.
