Can you tell if someone is an American citizen just by looking at them?

Are we all the same race?
Do we all dress alike?
Do we all drive the same kind of car?
Do we all have tattoos?
Do we all have the same bar code? Tramp stamp? Hand signal? Facial piercings?

Please tell me. There must be a way to tell with just a glance.

One key indicator is they are wearing something with the word ICE on it.

Makes them fair game when their regime falls.
