2. I'm getting extra copies

When I go to get mine. I can't find my birth certificate so going next week to get another one for 20. Bucks and I think I'm going to ask for a couple. Then going out to the Motor Vehicle to get my Real ID. Then I'm making zerox copies of everything and getting my passport.

I was thinking the same thing. Plus half these guys are criminals and as far as I'm concerned are likely stealing identities. They've stolen phones and money from those they detain so why not steal their identities. Apply for loans, mortgages etc?

3. I wouldn't bring an original passport. I would think that a certified copy should be acceptable.

Get a business with a notary public to make a copy of your ID and stamp it as a true and correct copy. Then carry only the copy and leave your original safely at home.
