40+ years I've lived here. Only once in the 1990s did the snow accumulate (about 3 in.) and stay around for a couple days. I had a young foal at the time and it was fun watching her play with it.

It just started snowing here. Lots of big, wet clumps, more like sleet. It's too warm for it to stick. Got home from running errands just in time. I don't want to be on the roads right now. But, it's still welcome relief from the drought we're in.
