The doctor believes that Krasnov had a stroke on the left side of his brain.
a. Photos of the right side of his mouth sagging
b. Video of him dragging his right leg while walking.

Slurring of his words

Falling asleep during meetings.

The bruising on his hand was also explained for having to do with his treatment.

It was a lengthy, in depth argument. I just hit a few of the highlights.

He also wears compression socks for his cankles.

Throw in dementia and the guy is a ticking time bomb.

I agree that he probably dreamed up the whole Greenland thing, and I also think the stroke theory makes a lot of sense. Furthermore, I am 100% convinced that he has dementia and that he's at the stage where he doesn't know what's going on some of the time (but not 100% of the time). I don't see any reason why all of those things can't be true.
