Trump threatened to impose 200 percent tariffs on French wine and Champagne if Emmanuel Macron, France’s president, refused an invitation to join his board to oversee the cease-fire in Gaza.
He calls it a “Board of Peace,” and he’s charging a billion dollars in cash for permanent membership.
