Fascism is making its final push to take over American democracy

In the regime's latest response to the Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna legal maneuver to get a "special master" to look at the Epstein files, the Trump DOJ has responded that they have no standing and that there are no Judges that have the authority to rule on it. In other words, they are above the law.

Also, they say that the Epstein Transparency Act has no "enforcement" mechanism in it.

At the same time, he has military standing by to enter the streets of Minneapolis. He is ready to invoke the Insurrection Act to make it all "legal". He has told people exactly what he thinks about our military. He has stated that they will do exactly as he asks. They will not disobey any orders from him. There are no illegal orders. If he orders them to invade Greenland, they will invade Greenland.

So, in effect, he is in the process of taking over the Justice Department and the Military and he has complete control of the Legislature as we speak.

In a fascist state, it is the few that rule the many. We are well on our way.

In my opinion, we are much closer to a fascist state than a democratic one.

The fraud of the Electoral College.
The gerrymandering.
The installation of an illegitimate SCOTUS.
Citizens United.
The cap of 435 on the House that lets less-populous states have too much power.
Corporate media either complicit of incompetent.
Hate radio.
Elections that are fully spurious.

... The result: American fascism.
And signs and marches alone can't stop it.
