I also use the Firefox browser as well. Top right corner there is a little padlock that you can click and it will remove the paywall

But we pay an annual TV license fee here which is supposed to pay for all our excellent BBC coverage and shows.

So we have kind of paywall in the U.K. but I think the EU can access (with an account) and pay nothing.

10. I (I've lived in Sweden for almost 8 years now) have never been asked to make a BBC account in order to access the site

I had difficulty reading articles (on bbc.com) for one day, and then it seemed to have changed back and I've not had problems with it since.

Fyi, I've had reasonable luck temporarily disabling javascript in my browser to read most sites that are behind paywalls.


EDIT: oh now it's prompting me for a login too. Sigh. Turning off javascript lets me read the stories ok.
