1. Roughly Putin's speed.

Trump has been president for 5 years now, I'll call that the timeline, since little substantive action was taken during the Biden administration to bolt down small-r republican institutions due to inaction in Congress and DOJ. He's about where Putin was in 2004, farther along in some areas, less in others.
