I'll have to do a quick check-in of the game, then switch to something that saves my sanity.

(17,950 posts)start and he hasnt been shown or talked about. Im pretty sure we didnt miss it. We havent left the sound of the TV since the start. 🤷♀️
Were very happy we werent subjected to him. I was braced for the unpleasantness, but nothing.
This morning, an ESPN show was talking about how they were searched by the Secret Service and they seem like MAGA types hyped up about him, so Im glad we didnt see the creep.

(6,093 posts)Except for the quick on camera view of him in the beginning (couldnt miss that red tie) he has not been seen or even mentioned. I do not know if he was booed ..they could have been ready and suppressed the sound .but I sure gave him a loud boo from my recliner!

(17,950 posts)teams hadnt even come out yet. So glad we timed it so we missed him.
This has actually been impressive that the network didnt showboat him like he craves. Thanks for this explanation of his minimal appearance.

(4,895 posts)He craves our attention. Ignoring him, even when he acts crazy, might drive him insane.

(17,950 posts)It was noticeable tonight and very nice.
Hes hard to ignore otherwise, since hes so destructive. But at events like this, it was so refreshing not to see him or hear him mentioned. Edit, except at the very beginning I was informed).
