Here’s a guy who could be in this column every week and I would never run out of things to say about him.
But last week, in the aftermath of the Renee Good killing, he doubled down on his rhetoric, claiming that federal agents, including members of ICE, have total immunity to do whatever they want to whomever they want.
“You have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. Anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a felony. You have immunity to perform your duties, and no one — no city official, no state official, no illegal alien, no leftist agitator or domestic insurrectionist — can prevent you from fulfilling your legal obligations and duties.”

Remember that these statements were made in response to an ICE agent killing a woman as she drove past him on the street. Many of us find these statements repulsive, obviously. He is saying that anyone who murders on behalf of President Trump is free of liability.
