BREAKING: MAD KING! Trump sets his sights on conquering Canada in addition to Greenland and posts a map showing both regions as territories of the United States.

We're accelerating towards a historic disaster here...

In a middle-of-the-night Truth Social post, Trump shared a photoshopped image of himself in the Oval Office showing a map of Canada and Greenland covered by the American flag to world leaders including British Prime Minister Keir Star, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and French President Emanuel Macron.

The original unedited photograph depicts the group of leaders reviewing a conflict map of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The stomach-churning irony is that Trump is now flirting with a fascist invasion of his own modeled after Vladimir Putin's.

This is not the first time that Trump has discussed annexing Canada. Last year, he insulted our northern neighbor (and closest ally) by urging them to become America's 51st state. At the time, he ruled out military action to accomplish that goal and instead threatened to use "economic force." He's since become even more unhinged and cognitively declined, so there's no telling what he might do to accomplish his imperialist dreams.

To state the obvious, Canada has no interest in becoming a part of the United States. Canadians are a proud people with their own national identity. Why would they want to be subsumed into a nation that's being run like a criminal organization by a demented pedophile?

Regardless of how these international crises resolve, the damage that Trump has inflicted will take generations to undo, if that's possible at all. Our allies will never trust us again because they know that we are just one bad election away from foisting another psychopathic gangster into the White House. The rest of the world will continue to look elsewhere, to places like China, for stability while America recedes deeper into a dark age of paranoia, economic stagnation, and murderous government oppression.

If Congress doesn't remove this man from office, America as we knew it will be gone forever.
