1. If this passes there needs to be an immediate lawsuit protesting this clause

I'm not sure this would pass muster with Roberts and Barrett, corrupt as they are, this is likely a bridge too far. I hope, anyway.

I'm not saying don't contact your Senators, not by any stretch, by all means do that as well!!!

But this HAS TO be unconstitutional, damn it!!!

2. First, this would be a violation of the 19th Amendment (Women's Suffrage)

Next, it would be a violation of the 5th and 14th Amendments' Equal Protection Clause(s).

Next, married women would have the ability to change back to their maiden names and prospective brides would keep their birth names.
