I watched a little and he basically insulted all the world leaders - so I doubt it.

Probably just from the American crew he brought with him. Or maybe paid actors.

The applause seemed a little constrained, though.

and him seeing audience members not looking at him after he spoke but just talking with each other. That would be a giant snub.
They are probably too cultured to boo.
