Per Bloomberg TV: The Supreme Court Appears wary of trumps bid to fire fed's Lisa Cook
They are wary of trump's effort to fire Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook over UNPROVEN MORTAGE-FRAUD allegations, saying the move could upend the Fed's independence and rattle markets.
According to Bloomberg, both conservative and liberal justices sharply questiong John Sauer, who urged the court to let trump oust Cook for the time being while her lawsuit goes forward.
I hope Bloomberg analysis are reading this correctly, and for ONCE this SC actually does the right thing.
