I hope to the heavens that ICE does not pull out people in their shorts and clogs with this type of horrible weather!!

Windchills Thursday night in to Friday in Minnesota:

-40F to -50F
-40C to -45C

Mother Nature understood the assignment.

Bonus: schools will likely close Friday and maybe Thursday, too.

I hope it’s still on. I have warm clothes and I’ll be there.

I remember when I was in Minnesota when I was a young teen (with my friend at the time) and the windchills were -40. I was taught to protect my eyes from my friend's brother, who we were visiting. He gave us each a pair of goggles so that we could cross from his place to where we were staying just across the lot. They also had a rope set up because it was whiteout conditions so we held onto the rope to get across. I couldn't even see my friend for a minute at one point.

I loved every minute of it!!
