So what if Hillary and Bill both say that they will testify?

When all of the information about the Epstein files is made public. I just heard today that only about a tenth of the files has been made public. If this was a criminal trial you could never go to trial if you only had 1% of the evidence and we’re refusing to let anyone see the 99% that is left.

I remember hearing about some police stations or prosecutors.getting in trouble for hiding information in order to get a conviction

Hiding evidence is a crime

Draw a clear line to show how Republicans aren't being transparent and that unlike Jim Jordan, Trump, ICE, etc, we can follow the law.

While Bill Clinton has a habit of trying to be too weasely with the definition of sex, he's smarter than Republicans and Hillary Clinton is as well. If neither has anything to hide, and nothing we know so far suggests they had anything to do with Epstein's crimes, I see it as upside and putting pressure on Republicans about the Epstein files.

Anybody who has a brain can be able to tell the difference. What I am referring to is a way to make it clearer to the ones that don’t know the distance difference or don’t know how to notice the nuances of the ways Republicans move compared to Democrats. A lot of people who do not have the ability to read nuance and see deeper into issues. Just look at the ones who will think “good they’re gonna catch Bill Clinton “and maybe Hillary. It never occurs to them that this is the Republicans trying to get vengeance against the Democrats, while creating a diversion for Trump. Who will be doing what he said he would, and that is attack his political enemies. doing the one thing that everyone said he would do well everyone who knows it’s Trump trying to hurt them

to Comer, Garcia, and staff. Bill has also called for the release of every page with his name on it.

Comer rejected an offer Tuesday from a lawyer for the Clintons to have Comer and the top Democrat on the committee, Rep. Robert Garcia of California, interview Bill Clinton in New York, along with staff.

ETA: I seem to remember Hillary talking to a House committee for a long day.

To give an interview on Republican dirty tactics
Like hiding evidence I’m sure they have many more examples. They can take t the opportunity to expose more despicable moves by this president and the Republicans

And some others combined. They just wanted to keep up an appearance that she was guilty because she was qualified than Trump. That and the fact she was a woman ruined her election

and while she is far more qualified than that horrid orange man (or most other presidents we've had)...most everyone here is more qualified than that orange idiot!

My dog is more qualified than that orange man roosting in the White House.

Because no court is going to rule that the Committee has a valid subpoena or that the Clintons options are submitting to a closed door interview or going to jail. Every other person - with one exception - provided written statements and the subpoena was cancelled. Their "justification" for the subpoena for the Clintons, and their demands that they be interviewed behind closed doors, hold no legal weight. Comer has already been told that by two law firms he asked opinions from.
