Do we need a forum for Great American Financial Scandals since 1970?

Certainly, there's no shortage of historical blueprints to supply scam artists with inspiration. Fly-by-nighters and scammers might take a page or two from the playbook of these top financial fraud cases in recent history:
FTX
Theranos
WorldCom
Waste Management
Enron
Ivan Boesky
Bernie Madoff
HealthSouth

Kraft Heinz Fined $62 Million For Phony Accounting

The company best known for its ketchup, canned beans and macaroni and cheese manipulated its accounting to make it seem like it was making its products more cheaply than it really had been.

That inflated its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), a key financial metric watched by investors.

The company reversed $208 million in the purported cost savings, racked up from 2015 through 2018, after the SEC began investigating the company.

Those sites focus on the big ones. No mention of Crazy Eddie. The ZZZZ Best office cleaning hoax

And these are just some of the ones we know about. What's going on behind the scenes today?

but I'm very much in favor of the death penalty for corporations.

I think that such a forum is a great idea.
