1. I could make out some parts of it, initially he tells the guy (Ivan Raiklin) to go F himself.

Ivan Raiklin is a Michael Flynn associate, election denier and a general far right shit stirrer. Towards the end, Fanone is clearly saying that the guy threatened or had someone threaten to rape his children. Thats when he calls him a "sick bastard".

Also of note is Fanone is wearing a Dropkick Murphys' t-shirt.
