President Donald Trump called for former special counsel Jack Smith to be prosecuted just minutes after he told a House committee that there was evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict the commander-in-chief.
During a Judiciary Committee hearing, Smith said Trump "was charged because the evidence established that he willfully broke the law, the very laws he took an oath to uphold." Under Smith, the president was charged with attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election and with mishandling classified documents. The charges were later dropped.
Trump reacted to Thursday morning's testimony by calling on Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate Smith.

Hey orange hair guy that has lied over 38,000 + times........ the only reason why your not in jail is because of 7 judges let you off, one in Florida and 6 at the US Supreme court............you had classified documents sitting on your bathroom floor you know the Espionage Act...............and the only reason in my mind why your in the office is because 6 maga justices sitting in the US Supreme court let you stay on the ballot in Colorado............you know that thingy that you and your party were always were whinning about state rights, and when a state wanted to use that right.........your 6 maga federalist society justices just threw the US Constitution right out the window.......
November 2026 cannot get here fast enough............because after all the criminal act that was done by you was dismissed "without prejudiced" which means that they can be refiled ............you know it, and your lackeys know it, this is why you want to get rid of the 2026 elections.....

(12,410 posts)Trump would have been tried and convicted. The evidence is over-whelming.

(847 posts)I would relish hearing the discovery in this case, if it even made it to trial. TSF is nuts.
