In the big ugly bill, ICE agents were promised financial incentives for every detainee when the incentive, if any, should be for convicted felons who are deported. Add racism, hatred and cruelty and you will cover 99% of ICE activity. They are getting money while the getting is good while they take out their frustrations on a lot of innocents; it's a two-fer. Defund = De-ICE!
