He's not stupid; he has an advanced law degree from Oxford. That good ol' boy Foghorn Leghorn routine is an act he puts on for his rube constituency. The prize for stupidest senator can be split three ways among Ron Johnson (R-WI), Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), and Tommy Tuberville (R-AL).
