- The guy in grey nervously reaches into the scrum as the victim is already partially down and surrounded by several ICE goons trying to take him down.

- The guy in grey snatches the gun from the ground (?) with his right hand as the struggle continues and intensifies.

- The guy in grey stands up and quickly turns away, clearly holding the gun in his right hand...the gun is visible through the parked car's window.

- The guy in grey looks really scared as he runs away, watching nervously over his shoulder as the shooting is unfolding behind him.

- He then ducks behind a parked car for safety.

I'm reading several accounts that the shooting occurred after the guy in grey had the gun in his hand. The struggle obviously stops suddenly when the victim is shot, after the guy in grey is already running away with the gun in his hand. The video made by the lady in pink, photographing the entire scene a few feet away, should be extremely interesting.
