for Keith Ellison, the mayors, state police, city police, to treat ICE as murderers.

Once the FBI takes over they claim the victim was a domestic terrorist and allowed to be murdered. End of story.

I know some places have, but I'm sure I read Minneapolis was cooperating. Maybe they've changed tunes since the shooting.
