5. The gun in this guys hand looks black to me

The victims gun that dhs is saying is his is brown. I think the op is correct they had taken it from his waistband and kicked it aside. They than opened fire on him. The agent with the black gun running away looked scared to me. I think he was afraid of his fellow assholes thinking he might be shot by them.

On edit after looking at the video again you are correct. The gun in his hand does look more brown than black.

It looked like they were going through his pockets. Your video confirms it. They were looking for his gun. They didn't know another one of their idiots had removed it.
