1. I think Talarico has a better chance in the general

Election. He will need Republicans to cross the "aisle" and vote for him instead of Cornyn. I don't think Crockett can do that.

We shall see.

I prefer Crockett's politics, but I agree that Talarico is more electable.

So, make Crockett a non-House member Speaker.

Both are fighters and came from humble beginnings. While I prefer Talarico, I have high hopes for Crockett.
