Judges have 0 power over ICE! How can that be changed?

Elections will not stop this shit. They need to be identifiable. What, or how can this be done? EDIT to say judges have made great rulings, but how can they be ENFORCED? I'm hoping that local law enforcement could at least have the right to detain ICE person if state or city laws are broken.

IIRC, The most recent injunction issued this past week was in place for less than 24 hours before an appeals court issued a stay lifting the injunction.

Can you name a judges order that ICE is following? Hell Noam herself says ICE do not need warrants to enter a home. Their is a LAW against this, but judges have no enforcement power. that's a fact.

And so far they are hesitant to use it. IIRC, there is a case regarding the right to film LEO’s working its way through the courts.

AFAIK, nobody has been arrested for filming ICE, as any charges would immediately be dismissed, but plenty have been harassed, detained and even beaten for daring to film agents. Right now the onus for accountability falls to the victims or perhaps local law enforcement.

Clearly, Bondi is not about to prosecute, let alone investigate the conduct of ICE. She and Noem should be the first impeachments of the new Dem congress.

I’m sure there will be some suits for damages from the families of the murdered as well as others whose civil rights have been infringed, but I don’t expect any payouts until after Trump is out of office.

The next president should seize Trump’s assets as gains from supporting terrorism and money laundering, and use it to pay his victims.
