Minnesota police are appalled and fed up. Let's see what they do. Any moves to protect the people (their neighbors) would be a welcome development.

Why wasn't this order acted on?
Why are there no consequences when it isn't?
Was it interpreted as an order not to see ICE commuting crimes?
