Was the new video of Pretti's previous encounter w/ICE taken before or after his ribs were broken by ICE?

Pretti is obviously pissed about something that ICE had just done. I bet they had chased the family and assaulted Pretti and breaking his ribs before fleeing in their vehicle.

There is new video of Pretti's earlier encounter with ICE. It has no audio and no information of what happened right before the encounter. It does show a very pissed off Pretti kicking out the tail light of what appears to be a fleeing ICE vehicle. My first thought was what the hell did these thugs do? I bet the assault on Pretti and the chasing of the family was the triggering event.

Helped an old lady cross the street when the vehicle drove by, a group of Girl Scouts were selling cookies. Then ICE tossed tear gas at the lady which hit the Scouts, then pointed a gun at Pretti.

What triggered it, what preceded it. Why was there no audio. I know if I was just assaulted with broken ribs, I would be pissed. Especially if I was going to the aide of a family being chased by ICE.
