Pam Bondi has a pretty abysmal record for prosecutions so far...grand juries and judges are rejecting the bullshit.

...for the most part. I heard the judge was appointed by Obama, so no Trump toadie.

(26,203 posts)5. I assume congress or members of it will file a lawsuit, I feel like this might be headed to the Supreme Court, again.
This issue should be settled by the Supreme Court as the separation of powers seems in jeopardy here. I am not sure the court is going to love the idea of a president who sues the executive branch and pays himself billions.
