Couple election questions.

Who enforces election laws around poling places? I mean If ICE pulls shit, i'm assuming STATE laws are followed? How does this work out? I see possible civil war shit starting here. (Thats what TSF wants)

2. Good, but how do you do it?

See that's what i'm looking for. What do YOU do to enforce that? I knew it was so many feet away from poling place. Being you're here, is their anything that can be done if ICE is like 602 feet away causing disruptions?

but results may vary by deputy, and i'm guessing that if I'm having trouble there is plenty of it all over the parish.

i am not authorized use of force, so that leaves me with charm and persuasion.

another concern =any voter may challenge any other voter, requiring additional authorization from the registrar of voters and the sec of state. this could show things to a grinding stop if they implement the "challenge everyone" plan.

This seems like a horrible problem.

"Republican Party activist Pam Reardon challenged the right of 32,132 of her neighbors to have their ballots counted during the 2020 election. Alton Russell, the Republican Party chairman of Columbus, Georgia, personally challenged roughly 4,000 voters’ right to a ballot in 2020."

Ballots arrive by USPS. Returned via USPS. Postage is prepaid.

It works.

7. State and county officials enforce the law near polling places

I have been working on voter protection efforts since 2004. County and state officials are responsible for most election issues. In Texas and many states, there are limits to activities that can take place within 100 feet of a polling location. I was the point person for the Clinton Victory Counsel team and had to deal with a report of armed officials outside a polling place near San Antonio. I called my contact at the Secretary of State office and she said that she would look into it. This was at 4:30 on election day and I never heard back. The DNC boiler room thought that it was too late to seek injunction and they had other issues (i.e., Texas was not a priority for the DNC/Clinton National campaign)

There is a federal statute that is applicable which will be used by the Democratic national and state parties.

18 U.S. Code § 592:
Whoever, being an officer of the Army or Navy, OR OTHER PERSON IN THE CIVIL, military, or naval service of the United States, orders, brings, keeps, or has under his authority or control any troops or armed men at any place where a general or special election is held, unless such force be necessary to repel armed enemies of the United States, SHALL BE FINED UNDER THIS TITLE OR IMPRISONED NOT MORE THAN FIVE YEARS, OR BOTH; and be disqualified from holding any office of honor, profit, or trust under the United States.

This federal statute has been interpreted by legal analyst as including federal civil servants and armed federal law enforcement agents, such as those from @ICEgov or @DHSgov

18 U.S. Code § 592 makes it a crime punishable by 5 years in prison to deploy federal troops to polling places...

This law would apply to ICE and DHS officers if they tried to block access to polling places. This law was discussed on MS NOW a couple of times. Basically one could seek an injunction to block the military, ICE or DHS from interfering with polling places

I really can see numerous problems elsewhere. TSF knows RETHUGS will lose bigtime. I'm actually thinking anything can happen, including American citizens being beaten or murdered.I'm thinking they will be BLOCKS away, but will still be a huge problem. Again TY.
