Republicans: In Trump We Trust
It was just yesterday. Donald Trump was at the annual Prayers Breakfast with all his religious supporters and a couple of dictators to add flavor.
He used language that most people would not use at a religious gathering. He cursed. He mocked. He lied. They applauded.
Then last night he posted his disgusting racial video o Michelle and Barack Obama.
Yet, Republicans cannot be deterred. They still worship their political god. No matter what he says or does, they believe he is magic. He will find some way for them to win the midterms and to hold on to power.
They believe in the power of lies and propaganda and they believe that Donald Trump is a genius at persuasive propaganda. He can make people forget everything, the economy, the lies, the Epstein files. They have complete faith that he will save them.
They do not worry about the polls or any of the disastrous stories about his connections to Jeffrey Epstein. They have put all their money on Donald Trump.
