Not sure how much. I drive an EV and drives a plug in hybrid. I think it might be 50-60 cents higher

But non-Tesla EVs are incredible. Cheap to operate (mine costs 3.7 cents per mile at our electricity rates, when not drawing from solar), cheap to maintain (8 tire rotations at $20 each over 80K miles, 3 cabin air filters at $20 each, one set of tires at 50K miles for $1000).

It's great if you can charge at home or work cheaply. Public fast chargers are fast (mine does an 80% charge in about 15 minutes, just enough to go pee and grab a coffee) but drive the cost up to about 20-25 cents per mile. Using public fast chargers only is tough. It's like going to the gas station every day or two.
