I am not a particularly prolific poster. But DU makes it so much easier to follow news than most sources. It is also an inspiration to conduct one's own campaign against the regime and its enablers.

The animal videos and pictures on DU are another source of pleasure and distraction from a seemingly irrational world. Animals are so authentic and creative that they provide enjoyment just by watching their antics.
