Everyone that sent me a heart how important that was and how thankful I am for them. Yesterday was my birthday and I was alone with pain from surgery from last September on my Achilles. I am supposed to be pretty healed by now but something is wrong.
I should have been XC Skiing with the last rare big snow here in WNC but I can only watch snow fun from the Olympics.
Better days ahead I hope. But those hearts did wonders for me. Thank every one of you.
Lets cheer on those great American heros I. Northern Italy that really represent what we are. (Most of use)
USA!!!!! Happy Valentines ahead to you all.
Try to never injure yourself Achilles. Pure hell.

Supposedly final follow up Thursday. She thinks its back related, in my foot. 🤔 I have a nerve test, needles and electricity, in March for the foot. The meet with the surgeon. I love her, she has an amazing reputation. This medical team are the best in the region, they care for all athletes from high schools and colleges regionally.
I will call back for another discussion about this With the actual surgeon and not her PA. The pain is at the reattachment site. But the foot has nerve damage in the toes and plantar area. And that is suppose to heal, slowly.
My fear is the suture attachment has torn lose.
I pray not. This has been a horrible 6 months. 3 months on all 4s just to maneuver around my tiny home. My dog loved me down with her.
I would pray but that aint working for anything these days it seems.
But thank all of you for the hearts. They are really making it all better. I could not ask for better support.
Yall rock my world.
