Ah yes, yogurt and "ferments": RFK's relatable Super Bowl snack

So the administration sent RFK out to FAUX on Super Bowl Sunday to spread his all American Super Bowl snack ideas that the average Jane or Joe will surely relate to. It went about as expected.

RFK: "I am on a carnivore diet so I just eat meat and ferments, and I'm happy with that. So I'm probably going to have yogurt."

As Jared Quesadilla put it on bluesky, Anyone in the administration be normal challenge Level: Impossible

Thank you, RFK. Think I’ll call my son and suggest he dashes to the market for some yogurt. A new wing dip. Maybe blueberry.

purposeful jargon usage, over-extrapolation/mountain-out-of-a-molehill evidentiary claims, and obsessive behaviors.

Supposedly there are many health benefits to eating fermented stuff. Okay, whatever. So now "wellness" grifters are treating it like essential magic.

They will be on to a another new one in a minute. There always is.

How did it come to this? Is it just stupidity? If so, how freaking boring is that? Super clever species of evolved primate technologists overwhelmed by their underlying lizard brains? Gee, like the "fatal hubris" angle isn't mined out over the last 3000 years. Come on guys, let's try a new story already.

sauerkraut was mentioned) in her purse for him to eat when they go to restaurants. Can you imagine dining next to him and trying to enjoy the dinner you paid for while smelling his ferments. Also, you are usually not allowed to bring outside food into most restaurants but, there you go - entitlement.

I like sauerkraut, but only on hotdogs or as a side with sausage. Taking it into a restaurant and making my spouse carry it? Umm...no.

Wikipedia:

"Because of the strong smell, it (surströmming) is often eaten outdoors. The pressurized can is usually opened some distance away from the dining table and is often initially punctured while immersed in a bucket of water, or after tapping and angling it upwards at 45 degrees, to prevent escaping gas from spraying brine.
