We absolutely need an observer, and reporter, in there to know what the pubs are plotting.
It has long been a tactic of the pub party to pass the most controversial policy and other decisions in the dead of night, witih barely a quorum, and then present the fait accompli in the back of the minutes.
We need at least a designated observer to attend without fear of being called a traitor.
