Frequently, I see support for American Values on Republican campaign signs. I would like to do a little editing from my point of view. They really mean Rich White Straight Male American Values. My take on American Values is economically-diverse, multiracial, multicultural, national origin diverse, sexuality diverse, gender diverse , Immigration status diverse American Values!

Diversity is what makes living worth while. It strengthens communities, expands and enriches our understanding. I believe it makes the world healthier and enables progress in addressing and solving problems that have been part of society for eons.
