I posted a video a few weeks ago---Leavitt wears a cross as does Rudy G.
There were 2 others in the film but I have forgotten who they were.

But it's usually a necklace rather than a lapel pin. You'll see it prominently featured in his moronic "MyPillow" TV ads, for example. The kids were ridiculing that on social media several years ago. He's been grifting the religious right idiots pretty much forever.

Sometimes it a bigger one worn around his neck, as in the cover photo of his 2019 book. Other times it's a small lapel cross. And sometimes, he doesn't seem to be wearing one at all.
