GOP Sen Lummis says sheâs changed her mind after the new Epstein revelations today: âInitially my reaction to all this was, I donât care. I donât see what the big deal is. But now I see what the big deal is. The members of Congress who were pushing this were not wrong!â

(8,847 posts)She's running this fall and I doubt this will cost her the election. Too many republicans want to hear the truth. By taking this stand, she won't get a lot of backlash from republican voters who've been stonewalled by their elected officials. Apparently what has come out today in Congress is pretty horrible, so it's a no-brainer to take this stand.
Rachael is on in a little over an hour. She'll have some amazing stuff to tell us.
