It would probably have been an American highway instead of British.

It probably wouldn't have shown a highway exit when there was no need for one.

Since it did show an exit, the sign would properly have been over either the left lane or both center and right lanes, but not all three.

There'd have been a merge sign with cars from two lanes approaching a one-lane exit.

And the sign wouldn't have had the last names of the men but the first name of the woman.

This was really sloppy slop.

Photoshop or even a quick sketch would have worked so much better.
