Could someone answer this question please.

Ok, it's election night. poles closed, counting votes now. Question here, what is in certain states the same people show up at the poles with same type search warrant and take everything they did last time?

1. Time for those right-wingers who claim to be for states rights to show up armed and ready to have it out with the thugs

there will be a judge to says that very soon. There is no federal authority to physically take ballots from a state on or before Election Day to count or withhold them.

If this does not happen soon, we are in deep trouble and in a real constitutional crisis. Just my uneducated opinion.

Hell, i bet by our own rules, we couldn't supply any type of protection at the poles even if we wanted to protect this from happening?

Magistrate judge, Catherine Salinas, approved the seizure. Based on unfounded allegation by an FBI agent.

While FBI Special Agent Hugh Evans asserted that the alleged departures from protocol were sufficient to establish probable cause that two federal laws were broken, he attributed those crimes to “unknown persons.”

Evans’ affidavits confirm that the criminal investigation originated with a referral from Kurt Olsen, an ally in President Donald Trump’s quest to subvert the 2020 election, who was named by Trump in October as the White House’s “director of election security and integrity.”

So bottom line - they can do just about anything they want - our justice system is so partisan these days that it is basically meaningless. 🤬
