I am always amazed at the ability of some of these reporters to blatter about for 10 minutes

without giving any useful info. I am watching Stephanie Ruhle, and she goes to a "breaking news" segment where that guy talks for 10 minutes looking at police car lights flashing in the background basically saying that they have stopped somebody a few hours ago and are interrogating that person. These police cars are blocking a neighborhood near the mexico border. He goes on ranting for 10 minutes about that same thing.
That was reported some time ago already
